decipher now lets you down load 2 different starter decks.  you just print and cut them out.  This is more of a post for EUOL and Fell, so if they want they can add a link somewere on the ccg page if they want.

Yeah, they've had those cards available for download since the game was released. Makes sense that we should link to it, I suppose.
