SA: Newbie's Guide to Everquest
« on: July 27, 2004, 09:40:11 AM »
This got posted on the WoW forum today and realy made me laugh.  Apperntly Something Awful is had been makeing fun of a WoW guild that likes to brag about doing lame things, like "takeing Over" a horde city that has 3 gaurds and no one ever goes to since there are praticaly no quests in that zone.  One lvl 50 mage could easly do it or 2 lvl 50's of any other classes.  Anyway I digress.  The article is about Everquest, but anyone who's played an online game, especialy a MMORPG, will get a kick out of it.  There's some language.

Here's a sample, mostly becasue it has a realy cool name we can start useing for Mustard.

When choosing a name, try to use the letters "a", "e", and "h" as much as possible. Feel free to take your name and "roleplayify" it. For example, "Jason" turns into "Jahsaen", "Steve" can become "Staevah", and "Rob" is easily "Raehbeaahhea'aeah".
