Hmmm.... my nation went from Revolutionary Government to Totalitarian State, and my people's happiness went from 16.10 to 16.50. A 0.40 increase.... My people are strange.

Okay, I've just been attacked by some retard who is on the SAME team as me, just when I was recovering from my last war. As you can probably guess I need some financial aid, as well as any cruise missles or soliders that you guys are willing to give me.
