forum stats: Class Importance?
« on: September 26, 2004, 10:06:13 PM »
Okay, I'm confused. What does Class Importance mean? Is a low number something you should focus on, or is a HIGH number something you should focus on? Should I put more points into something with an importance of 1 or something with an importance of 10?

Is there a FAQ on this anywhere? I did a forum search for "stats" and came up with nothing useful.
All Saiyuki fans should check out Dazzle! Emotionally wrenching action-adventure and quirky humor! (At least read chapter 6 and tell me if you're not hooked.) Volume 10 out now!

The main thing to remember is that the stats are thoroughly meaningless. Beyond that, the forum FAQ has a section for teh game, but it hasn't been written yet to my knowledge. So I don't know what to tell you.

That last post was actually me. My stupid brother logged in with his name on my computer.

Is it just me, or does SE have the wrong end of the stick right there?

See, it doesn't hurt, because you're poking me with the wrong end of the stick.

Unless the stick is a spear. In which case you just got prodded by several inches of steel.

I think the pointy end would be considered the right end to poke someone with, rather than the wrong end. Just me though, and I must admit I've never actually poked someone with a spear, so I'm speaking purely on conjecture.

Yes, but you said you were poking me with the wrong end, thus it is the wrong end from you - the pokers- perspective rather than my - the pokees - respective. So it still doesn't hurt, and if you keep it up, I'll point out to everyone that you're a pokerman. (To be said in a jamaican accent)

So...the class importance numbers mean nothing?

I'm tired of getting beaten handily by people with fewer hitpoints than me!
