Lost in the translation

My buddy just got back from Hawaii and brought me a tube of hand lotion.  The enitre thing is written in Japanese, so I don't know what it says, but under the name there are two lines in English:
  "verry moister hands for you"
                 &
  "whis hight quality of olive oile"

It makes me wonder if Spriggan was involved somehow.
