Handbook

they do ha ve some sort of handbook, don't they?  I mean, the scouts in Recess do, so the boy scouts must also, it's like a rule; Whatever I see on TV must be true and/or steriotypic.  Of coarse, that goes along with the other rule that 75% of Americans believe steriotypes are true.  So therefor, to 75% of America's population, everything on TV is true.  So yes, the boy scouts must have some sort of handbook, as the majority of my country says so
