It's a sunday. Therefore, I shall be sleeping.

Going over to Yellowstone for their 100th Anniversary.  Of course, it being a national park, there will be no fireworks whatsoever.  In fact, they'll probably search our car and take away any matches or lighters if it's too dry.   :P

I'm trying to decide if I want to brave the crowds down by the Charles River this year. It was *packed* last year and it took several hours to get home on the T--you might as well walk home, as it only takes about an hour, and you don't have to get pushed to and fro by hundreds of thousands of people.

I have a friend who's going to Acadia National Park this weekend. I'm jealous. Getting out of the city, going to be in the wilderness... I haven't been able to do that since I moved out of Utah. I could go biking in the mountains any time I wanted there. I miss it.

Well I work on the 5th, even though I guess everyone else has that day off.  So I'll be working and my husband will probably be trying to sleep and wishing the parade didn't go right past our house.

I actually have the 4th off which will be the first Sunday that I'll have had off in a while. So I plan to go to church and maybe visit some relatives.

Is the fourth coming up?  I lost track of the days since summer started...

I have to work on the fifth, but just for an hour until midnight. I get holiday pay for that one hour.
