or he could have teleported, but why was he so exhausted, it would be pointless to teleport if it made you pass out, and if he was that exhausted before, I dont think he could have teleported. therefore the shattered plains is where he appeared

I still dont see why Jasnah cant just have the same spren as Shallan does, she could have to tell a truth as well, she does after all look for truth in history, and she seems very honest to herself and others.  also do the things you say to the spren need to actually be true, or do you just have to believe it?  and can you use them as a sort of magic eight ball?

I thought that heralds return where they died, because all of the desolations take place on the shattered plains, which is why Talenel was at the shattered plains at the end

and once people have held a shard long enough for it to change their personality, I dont think they can take a new shard, because Ruin was not able to take up Preservation.

does it matter what the bead represents?  I dont think it really does, because soulcasting can change one thing to another, or is it that everything is inherently itself, and whatever happens to it does not make it change?  alternatively, the beads could be representations of spren

well then what happens to the spren when the heralds go to whatever hell they go to while waiting for the desolations? I suppose the spren Axies saw could be Talns, but then why does it look towards the origin whenever it appears?

personally, i think the first order of the radiants is more like Kaladin, he is more of a leader and a protecter in my opinion, besides the form the first one takes is wind, and Kaladin is a windrunner and all

that would suck way bad. as for 9. if that was true, then how would Szeth learn surgbinding? and WOK talks about how people can take dun spheres to a bank and they can recharge them for you, which would imply that there are other ways to get stormlight

I think the beads are like wild cards, you need to bring the stormlight to power them, but once powered they can be used as any kind of gem you want them to be

I disagree with all of you, Kaladin will easily beat Szeth because he will cheat, i am hoping he will develop pepperspray to help the rest of bridge four to fight against shardbearers, and when Szeth shows up he will get a big ol' blast of Mace!

I think a fabrial that allows you to see spren would only show the kind that were trapped in its particular gems, so what we need to do is figure out how to pack a plethora of spren into every individual gem

if the heralds were bound to those superspren, then where are the spren now? one would think they would be able to bond with another person, making them heralds, rather than just leaving nine out of ten of them gone from the face of the earth
