Didn't he say at the Seattle reading (or somewhere) that he wrote 600 words of a Mistborn short story on the plane? Maybe it's something related to that.

The very thought of a hint of a possibility of such has just made my day.

I have felt that OP is on track.  Unite the Splinters, become a Shardholder.

Defeat Odium.

George RR Martin fans have convinced him to try his hand at A Song of Ice and Fire, as they figure he can finish the entire series before Martin releases his next book.

That's hilarious, haha.  I haven't read any of them yet, since it takes him soooo long to release books.  I'll wait until it's done.  Which probably means I'll be waiting for another 20 years or so, right?

Swift!  Glad I could help out, not that it couldn't have been thought of by someone else.

Sorry Kaz, I don't recall that at all.  However, this is easy to prove/disprove... Szeth is limited to the prologue and interludes in this book, so covering all his ground shouldn't be that hard.

Perhaps lifting the moratorium on creating new fan-art threads would be a possibility?  If each recent release got its own thread until the next release, we could cut down on spoil'd stuff for people.  Then I imagine the threads could be integrated into the main art thread after it is no longer "current".

As for the Bridge 4 Shirt.  We may have to put a couple of versions up online and see what people think.  The "Your Mom" shirt has everyone laughing.  Another slogan idea would be: I survived Bridge 4

I Survived Bridge Four And All I Got Was This Lousy Shardplate?

heh, thats pretty good.

Also: If you're idea of a lousy prize is shardplate, im convinced you're impossible to please :P

Seconded, and Sadeas.  "Shardplate isn't good enough, need a Blade too, yo!"

How about something like a mock sport jersey?  The name on back should totally say "Kaladin Stormblessed" though.

I was under the impression that "Stormfather" was just another name for Jezrien.

I thought that the Stormfather was a Shard, and it was highly implied in my opinion that the Stormfather and the Almighty were one and the same.  It just made sense to me that Dalinar would have his visions during highstorms if this was true... because highstorms are the Stormfather's legacy on Roshar, and we know from the end that the visions are from the Almighty.

My highest points on the wish-list are more Kaladin/ Former Bridge Four awesomeness, more Hoid/Cosmere stuff,  and more cool magic.

I hope Kaladin never gets a Shardblade.  He's far too interesting with the spear to start using a Shardblade (even though not having one would eventually be a disadvantage).

More information on Odium would be great.  I'd like the various storylines to tie together a bit.  Sure, they're loosely tied now, but I almost felt like I was reading two completely different books at some points.

Chasmfiends are awesome, so if we get to see another one down the line, no complaints from me!

Szeth is awesome, and I really hope he gets away from Tarv eventually.  I'd like to see him redeemed somehow, but if he has to be a bad guy, I can handle that, too.

They did seem familiar to me, but I hadn't placed them as possible Elantrians.  Interesting... I don't think I'd buy the theory, but there is some evidence that could suggest it.

Clearly though, if they're looking for Hoid and know of his other names... something crazy is going on.

Maybe an alloy of Lerasium and Copper lets you hear Preservation/Sazed?

I believe that's established as giving one the ability to burn copper.

You forgot the part where Karl Tagon is the brains of the Headless Monkey operation (that might be a pun on more levels than I'm willing to think about...)

Crazy idea time:  no matter what they meant to do with the headless monkey, Kaff  [Edit: oops-Karl. Didn't have time for an archive binge. hm] ends up attached to it, and controls it and manages to break free on his own.  Just like he said he would.

You almost called it, I think... haha!
