Title: Way of Kings - Kindle?

Is there a Kindle Edition?
And if yes, is it (or will it be) available in Europe?

In the Kindle-shop (http://www.amazon.com/The-Way-of-Kings-ebook/dp/B003P2WO5E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=digital-text&qid=1282740043&sr=8-2-catcorr) I get following message.

This title is not available for customers from your location in:
Europe

Reads to me, yes there is an Kindle edition, but not for Europe ???  :'(
Hope that status changes until next week.

The book doesn't come out in the UK until December. Tor doesn't have rights to distribute books to Europe.

So I can buy the hardcover from amazon.de but not the eBook form amazon.com  ::)
Maybe I can get it from another web-store...? *looksintoit*

I only have limited experience, but probably it's possible to fool amazon a bit.

Certainly if you change your region to US you'll be able to see the book.  I'm not
sure what it takes to actually buy, or take delivery of the e-book.

A US mailing address?  A US credit card billing address?

I suspect that prepaid debit cards from the US would do it.
