Like all things that aren't either school or work, it depends on what's going on with my coursework at the time. If I can, I'll probably swing by to check it out.

Educators suck....they impede the process of teaching... why can't we have teachers again, and why did we stop flunking morons?

I'll be there--long as I can remember to pull myself away from my computer in the basement of the Clyde Building long enough to think about it.  I should probably put a poster up on my cubicle wall.  That should help...

lolol Dan.

Also, Kaz, this is something more then just teaching.  It's actually really awesome and really educational because it's from pros in the industry talking about what they know.  Teachers can only do so much.

An idea I had while talking with Josh.  What does everyone think of this:  We all meet up after everything finishes on one of the nights and treat Dan and Brandon to dinner?  It gives everyone a chance to meet up (and put faces to names), and allows us to pick not one, but two pro's brains.

Great idea.  Although, my bet is that finding an open restaurant on either Friday or Saturday night would be impossible.  This is, after all, Utah county, and Valentine's Day is on a Sunday this year.  My vote is for Thursday night.  I'd be all over a chance like this.

I'm up for it if anyone else is.

Actually, if we do this it would have to be after class, which is on thursdays.  But he usually doesn't eat on those days before coming to class, so it might be good.

This looks like it would be a whole ton of fun. I might be able to make it. Maybe. It depends on a lot of things, mostly if I'll have access to a car and what-not.

If I do get to go, I would totally be up for meeting everyone and picking Brandon's and Dan's brains. That would be awesome, in a completely non-zombie sense.

Yay!  I'd love it if you could.  Bug chris is my advise, since he's supposed to be coming down.

So, seriously, who all is in/out for picking of brains?  I'm just wanting to see for planning purposes.

What kind of time frame are we looking at?  I'd like to go, but my wife's busy after like 8pm, so I have to be home with the kids.

I'm not sure honestly.  If we do it thursday it would have to be after class, and writing group gets over at around 7:30-ish.
