Yeah. There is a guy in this town that does that. A lot of people know who he really is . . . he lives in a $500k home (which is rather large around here. Average 5 bedroom home is $200k). So yeah. He makes a killing.

Silk, just because they're gone now doesn't mean they won't return sometime. I mean, I thought I was done with Hermitting. But as we see with Ook, Hermitting is again in my future. @ miyabi - Yeah, I haven't had much time lately. I'm taking several AP Classes and my teachers are currently trying to cover the rest of the curriculum. On top of that, I was in a musical, had several piano performances, and took a trip to France. So I haven't had much time to get online recently. What time I do have is usually spent trying to relax so I don't die.
And Shaggy, honestly, you can't go from something as lame as Shaggy to something as awesome as LAVGRS. Lieutenant Awesome Victorious Grim Reaper's Sidekick. Yeah, that's too much of a transition. Maybe if you went to something like LoOSL first. LoOSL = Lieutenant of only slight lameness. But I digress.
Yeah, here I am still theoretically cursing people.... If only I had more time to devote to my studies....

I really don't know what's coming. I haven't seen anyone in my class that isn't at like level 50. And I too, have forgotten my title. And so I post in the hopes of remembering.

Shaggy (or LAVGRS, I guess), went insane on levelings and I've missed SO many on my list there. Argh. And I also missed one of yours, too, Silk. These spaces on my list are driving me crazy. ::)

Something about my confession of not know what my specialty is, and then admitting that any sewing job would most likely end with the patient looking like Buster (aka Frankenstein's monster). Trust me with all the times Silk and i have had fleas we ended up making them into a half trained army....and no one is immune to them....sortitus the key is getting them to obey your will via music or acrobatics (because they will mimic the acrobatics)

That depends largely on whether or not I have anything to theorize on in the next 15 months. After all, I would guess that about half of my current 650 posts are in HoA theory threads. If I have lots to theorize on (not seeming likely, given the absence of Brandon Books in the near future, and Way of Kings being first in a series) then I'll get done faster, while if I have nothing to theorize on, I will be much slower in my progress toward leet-ness. The latter is looking more likely, although I suppose I could theorize on works by other authors in the books forum and transfer some of my WoT theorizing from Dragonmount to here...

See, I left for about 3 months after Hero of Ages came out. At that point, all the Old forum people (not naming names....) had higher post counts than me, Chaos did, Comatose did, and that was about it.
As soon as I left, however, everyone's post counts exploded. It was quite sad to come back and find, for instance, that Monsta had gone from level 6 to level 20 while I was away.
Green: Good to see you again! Although when you don't post, I start to catch up to you kind of sort of maybe....Yes. Not sure if being a victorious mercenary means you win, as technically, Chaos is a victorious mercenary too. Or at least was. And he's more experienced. Maybe you'll be all overconfident from your recent victory, thus allowing him to destroy you.
Silk: Is being good at being a politician a good thing? I'm not sure that's something that anyone around here would want to lay claim to.

And please note, Monsta, that I am still on your side. We of the Coalition stick together. However, he is a higher level than you. I must make sure you live to get ahead of him so THEN you can beat him. If you die before that, by facing him too early, all is lost....I can't allow that.

Well its good to see that the roots of the coalition are still strong. I also would have to agree with wilson here. I mean seeing how you lead "mercenaries" then they probably wouldn't be to hard for a "victorious mercenary" right? I'm sure we could work out a successful assassination if needed. Some fairly important people have been assassinated in the past so don't feel too secure Chaos. I will most likely bide my time. I doubt that I will ever be ahead of Chaos again but I do think I need to get back to the forums more so I wont be left too far in the dust.

First of all kaz I would be weary of my actions if I were you. You may find it difficult to stand alone when Chaos leaves you hanging. At least Andrew had the sense to offer his services with the possibility of trading sides. That leaves his options open. He could backstab Chaos or use the statement to get our support and then backstab us. In the end you may be setting your self up for a lonely existence.
Chaos Chaos Chaos. I would have thought that you were intelligent enough to understand your situation. In the right circumstances our friendly little politician could have more power than any god. Maybe not in the literal sense but in a very real way she alone could defeat you or at least your influence on people. Not only that but this "lesser mercenary" is still quite victorious so until I level or somehow you become even more victorious I doubt you have the power to defeat me. Take a little time and chew on that.

However, your fame really doesn't grant you immortality. Plenty of famous people have died in the past. Just look at Julius Caesar, who I think is a brilliant model in this case. I mean, he was betrayed by someone he considered to be a friend--and you consider (or considered...whatever) Andrew to be a friend. That gives him power, power to overthrow you and stab you in the back right when you're not looking (which makes sense, if he stabs you in the back...unless you have eyes in the back of your head...which would just be creepy...).
And I resent that remark about my political experience. When have you ever had a title like mine? Never. Hero of Ages doesn't count. But alas, Chaos thinks I have no real political experience, and he's still in power. Which makes me discouraged. But I do hope (it's a very small hope, since discouragement doesn't exactly help hope out a whole lot) that someday soon Chaos will be denounced and overthrown. And then I will become an even better politician...Hopefully.

Don't underestimate the power of an army of fleas.... Chaos may have mercenaries, but when all of them are infested with murderous hordes of annoying little buggers (I of course meant to say, visited with some kind and sweet-tempered permanent residents'') and can hardly move because of it..... That would be a problem. This is, of course a hypothetical situation. ;) I just picked Chaos cuz he's the first one I remembered who I know for sure has mercenaries. ;)

Exactly. At my workplace, I didn't have a job title, so my boss asked me what it should be. I said that it felt a bit like I was everybody's lackey, so he said "Exalted Lackey". Yeah. Kaz, I've been following Silk on Deception and now you've finally caught up to her...Should you pass her, you will be the one I follow. Just don't level too fast. That's why there're gaps on the list. I went to Europe and when I got back some people had gone through 2-4 levels and I had missed them....I was not a happy slacker.

I will have to side with renoard here. Although medics are important I would have to say that soldiers have always and still are more important. Although one can sympathize with the fact that soldiers by nature are fairly uniform with eachother so I can understand non-descript.
