So, for the past week at home I've been getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to visit here from home, at first I didn't think much of it, until i was able to get here from work. So I gave it a few days just to see if it wasn't something that would clear up, but it still appears to be happening. Anyone else have or had been experiencing this? Or did my IP get blocked somehow? :o

That's weird that it doesn't let you log in from home. The 403 error would mean that the server doesn't want to allow you access. :\ Hmm. I dunno.

I'm with Miyabi on this one. The hot-pink-and-green combination definitely says super-villainous-unbannable-troll. You could always add a fake mustache, and I might even make you a pink and green cape, if you post enough funny spam.

I suppose i should mention that this went away right around the two week mark.
Also, i had to format my PC last night. I decided that, while i was at it, i'd try windows 7, so i got it fully up and running. So far so good....

As far as windows systems go I really liked seven. Mist of vistas problems were fixed along with other fun tgngs added.

honestly, i think i could do it. While it would really suck outliving everyone you know and love, the draw of the knowledge and understanding i could gain would be worth it. Though I'm sure after just a couple generations, i would retire from taking an emotional interest in things, and just watch to see human progress and what we learn and do in the future.

I would love to be able to live for say 500-1000 years . . . that way I had time to learn everything I wanted to learn and it wouldn't be soo long that I would become completely worn out on everything.

my only problem with the idea of immortality, personally, is the fact that immortality on it's own, doesn't imply invincibility. This means that anything that can cause harm on a permanent basis, will be permanent for an infinite length of time. Eventually you'd end up like the people from elantris once you got enough lasting injuries.

You could get pretty ugly looking. I imagine a bag of skin that is so covered in liver spots you look colored and no hair anywhere on your body and so hunched over your chin drags the ground.
