Saw this a little while ago and it peaked my nerdy interest. Not too much information right now, but primary speculation is very, very good.

You know, you'd think they'd close Arkham down, what with the sheer number of escapes and incompetent people granting parole and all.

Also, Joker acting as GLaDOS?  HECK YES  ;D

(I read the actual article. Joker takes over the PA system)

Wonder who they're going to get to voice the Joker? I want Mark Hamill to do it, only because I loved him in TAS and other cartoon variations.  ;D
