Or give me their book?

It's called 'Elantris.'  There are these things that loan you books.  Considering you're near LA I would imagine there are a large number of them.  The best part. . . THEIR FREE and you don't have to wait for someone to reply in order to get it! :o

Maybe you can ride a bike to a library, then.

Who said anything about going to a library?  I mean don't libraries let just about any person in?  Think about the germs of books that tens of people tough?!   :o

Oh darn, I could have sent you mine but I read it while wearing my birthday suit and eating jello, so it definately has too many germs for you.

So then buy a little tube of hand sanitizer and use it every time you put the book down before you do anything else.

Or better you could go buy a brand new copy.  You could even buy it off of Amazon for cheap, then you wouldn't even have to drive to the book store, they'd send it right to your house.

Well, then you better not go buy anything ever. Machines put things into boxes, which are then shipped out. Those machines certainly have germs on them, as do the boxes.

Dust has germs. Food has germs. When the checker at a checkstand scans anything and puts it in the bag, I'm sure her hands have germs. And the stockers who put things on the shelf in the first place, too. The bags, of course, have germs. The toilet seat has germs every time you sit on it, because your skin has germs.

Speaking of that, did you know that most keyboards have more germs on it than a toilet seat? So, in essence, you are typing on something that probably has more germs on it than any book from a library (libraries aren't as dirty as toilets).

For your future reference, other things with germs: Your face, your silverware, the handle for your door (when was the last time you disinfected that, hm! Oh, that's right, never.), the on button for your computer, your TV remote, your Xbox 360 controllers, your comb, your keys, your credit card, your clothes (no matter how much you wash them) and, let's not forget your Kindle that you are so in love with.

The point is, fear of germs is stupid. Sorry if I offend people for saying that, but it is just silliness. Everything, every single thing has germs! And the hilarious part is we aren't all dying from these germs because of this little thing called the "immune system". As long as you aren't eating and/or having sex with your library books, you are probably not going to get sick. Ever!

I'd be more worried about my TV remote if I were you.

Wow, I commented on the germs part without even realizing the horror of the other part.

I guess Utopia, that libraries just let everyone in to... uh, expand their mind so we aren't a society of ignoramuses.

In other words: please go to a library!

First by LA, do you mean Los Angeles, or Louisiana?  There is a bit of a difference between the two, and that isn't even close to a comprehensive list of what LA can stand for.  And before you reply that it should be obvious which one you ment, there's a whole state and an entity of the US government that recognizes LA as being the state, and there's about 37 million people in California that associate it with the city.

Second I'm wondering if your real objection to libraries is that you have to prove to them who you are and where you live, and they expect you to return the books you borrow.  Whereas with the anonymity of the internet you can get away with not giving a real name and no way to force the return of the book.

And Germs don't exist while camping, so just go camping immediatly after leaving the library, and you'll be fine.

I am constantly amazed by you Utopia. I really dont understand what drives you to creste threads that cause people just to bash on you. At one point I used to come on this site hoping someone had some genius idea on some of EUOLs writing or maybe some news about it. Now I find myself going here to see what people say in response to the idiotic things you say. Really are you driven by lack of brain capacity to guess what our response would be to a question like, Can I have your book? Are you the worst fan ever or?

I found this excerpt from an article when I googled (lava, germs.)

Research from leading scientists have shown that some bacteria have survived under polar ice caps and in molten lava. Gems are every where, on every thing you touch, even your cell phone.

Im not going to say I know the site because I have never been there before but this is the link http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/124131

Well, I'm a level 8, so obviously I am entitled to compensation more than twice that of yours. I think that if you would be my undying slave, that should measure up nicely. They call Brandon the Evil Undead Overload, so I'm sure he would not be opposed to giving me some undead slaves who happened to be named "UtopiaGreen01".

I think most of us have seen the results of Utopias threads. Most of them die quickly. This one is kept alive for simple fun. the only other one I found that is still popular was the "QUESTION" one about abortion. That one started good conversation that Utopia doesn't even take part in. Plus the pole at the top was terrible. I think we should keep this going and if Utopia wants to PM me his personal mailing info Ill send him a copy of the mistborn series seeing how I have two of each. Im keeping Elantris though because I only have one.

Just realize that if you send it to utopia, you won't get it back.

I'm a level nine poster, so does that mean that I get three times as much stuff as utopia? So I should at least be entitled to a free car or something like that.....

I love how he thinks that posting more than 50 times on a website entitles him to free stuff. Especially when you look at people like SE and Sprig with massive post counts. At first I was just annoyed by this thread, but I now find it genuinely amusing. I think it's because I've stopped trying to figure out if Utopia is actually serious or not and just decided to start shamelessly mocking him.

But I agree, Green, if we ever want to hear the end of Utopia asking for free stuff, thou shouldst not sendeth the book(s).

My god, how many times do I have to tell you that you have to send me a mailing address before I can send you anything.

Darn again. If only I was more entertaining to the moderators I could be part of your club. Oh well maybe ill buy a couple so I can feel better about myself and lull myself into a false sense of accomplishment.
You can't buy them.  That was from a year and a half ago and it was a joke.

WoW.  Fell points are not a joke, looks like someone is about to loose theirs.

I was saying the "buying Fell points" was a joke Sprig. ;)  I wasn't saying Fell points in general were a joke.  ha ha.  I suck at talking sometimes.

If you wanted to take away this someones Fell point then maybe you could be persuaded to give it to a certain monsta. I mean I hear hes a cool guy and likes nice things.

Oh it matters. It matters a whole lot. Thanks for the back up Andrew. I back your campaign and you cant back me for a Fell point. I see how it is. Your lucky I still think you should win against that arrogant Chaos.

It's not that I don't think you deserve a fell point. It's just that there isn't currently one available in the way you mentioned. Go do something awesome and Sprig will give you one and I'll celebrate with you.

I knew I could count on you. If only every one felt that way instead of being subverted by that lie spinning Chaos. But such is life.

You vacuum your can? That's a little weird. But nothing I havt tried. I mean. . .  No way that is outrageous. How dare you ask such a thing of me. I only requested the honor of receiving a fell point and you attempted to. . to . .  to .... use me in a most horrible fashion.

PM me if your serious I'm free this weekend
