Here's what I have so far!  If you belong on this list, let me know.  I apologize if I forgot you.  I just did a quick list, grabbing the names out of the folder where I stuck returned manuscripts with comments on them.  It's likely that some of the files didn't end up in the folder, or that you gave me comments in person and I didn't get you on the list.

Also, correct the spelling of your names!

Weird to think that book one just came out and we're getting the acknowledgements page ready for the next one. But that's just the time-warping world of publishing schedules for you!
