Washington Post just ran an article on the famed superhero watercolor painter, coinciding with his new book release Mythology. if you haven't looked at Alex Ross before, this will tell you why he's an important figure. If you're already familiar with his work, this isn't goign to tell you much new, but may, like me, get you excited to get the book.
