I am supprised that there is not more comment on this series.  Since "Empty Child" I have become a devotee and have even watched the entire second season (through "other" sources)
Doctor #9 is an intresting version, Very dark and less humor than previous incarnations (though we hardly knew #8)
However, given the backstory of what happened since we last saw the doc, it makes sense.  

As to the Tinfoil monsters.. If you watch the 1st season, 1 old favorite comes into play... and in the second, another old fav is back... and to top it off is a confrontation that Galifrites have wanted to see forever

I really like that show!! I believe that if Stargate will ever die, that the Dr. would become my favorite Scifi show.
